Harvard Kennedy School alumnus, Angeline is based in Singapore and has extensive experience working for several global corporations. In her current role at Johnson & Johnson, she is responsible for creating and implementing impactful journeys through various initiatives.
As the Head of Corporate Citizenship Asia Pacific for Credit Suisse, Angeline was responsible for developing its corporate volunteering initiatives and driving the bank's strategic philanthropy.
Angeline is currently a committee member for the Lestari Academy – mainly in broadcasting the value of coexistence between business and sustainability.
Dr. Vinitha Guptan believes in continual learning, and as a Director of Professional Education, she is a highly skilled and active researcher, with a particular interest in service learning, leadership, and corporate social responsibility focusing on governance, diversity, and inclusion. Respected in the field of specialism, she has travelled to share her knowledge both as a speaker and presenter. She has received numerous awards for her community engagement and service leadership work in the region.
Dr. Vinitha is also a recipient of the Women Leadership Achievement Award and Humanitarian Awards. Dr. Daniel Tan Tiong Hok is an experienced CXO and a strong business development professional with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Working at NTU for over 20 years, he established eLearning at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore and steered their Centre for Excellence in Learning & Teaching (CELT) to global prominence.
Dr. Tan then moved to Malaysia to become the Group Chief Learning Officer at Taylor’s University, before taking on the role of CEO at the Advanced Global Institute of Learning Excellence (AGILE).
Skilled in eLearning ecosystem-infrastructure design and impactful implementation, coaching, research design, lecturing, and educational technology, Dr. Tan has been on numerous international academic boards and committees and authored more than a dozen publications. He has been conferred various awards since 2003, among them the Global eLearning Leadership Award for Excellence in eLearning at the 2012 LearnTech Conference. In the past 2 decades, he has been a sought-after speaker in international conferences, seminars, and talks, with a record of almost 200 speaking engagements to date.

A sought-after speaker and trainer, Ee Beng has conducted ESG masterclasses and spoken at institutions such as MRANTI, MaGIC, the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (IERP), Bioeconomy Corp Malaysia, BFM, and the EuroCham Green Business Conference. He is also a Certified Sustainability Professional for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the world’s most widely used sustainability reporting framework.
Before joining Genashtim, Ee Beng served as Project Coordinator for Dialogue in the Dark Malaysia, a social enterprise empowering students with visual impairments through technology. A Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology graduate with a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Public Relations, he has proven that a thriving ESG career is possible despite being blind since birth.
Ian has over 20 years of experience in human resources and general management both locally and in the region, with large multinational corporations such as Intel, IBM, Telus, Goodyear, and Accenture.
Prior to joining ESG Business Institute, he served as the Head of Human Resources for Genashtim, an award-winning global for-profit social enterprise, transforming its HR practices from a start-up to world-class. During this time, he also headed a team that provided backroom processes for a global HR recruitment firm.
Ian has earned his Master’s Degree in Psychology, majoring in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and is currently pursuing certifications in Talent Management and ESG.
Asmira is a graduate of Universiti Teknologi MARA in Malaysia, holding a bachelor's degree in photography. She serves as the Executive Assistant at the ESG Business Institute, where she plays a role in supporting the organization’s mission to promote environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
Her deep passion for sustainability and ESG drives her to continually expand her knowledge and contribute to impactful change. Dedicated and forward-thinking, Asmira is committed to fostering meaningful progress both within the organization and in the broader community.
